Find Steadiness in the Body, and the Mind Will Follow
Too often people find themselves struggling mentally, and don't think to add in physicality. Since the body is one whole part; being physically active to ease the mind goes hand-in-hand. I know when I am having a rough day, and my mind just won't stop; I drop in to Yoga, Barre, Running or the Gym. Here I offer you support in your Life and/or business Coaching to drop down, and tune out to relieve stress from the outside world.
Here I use my teachings in Yoga; which means to 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite', Barre which is inspired by Ballet, or sometimes the combination of the two to ease the mind.
