Too often people find themselves struggling mentally, and don't think to add in physicality. Since the body is one whole part; being physically active to ease the mind goes hand-in-hand. I know when I am having a rough day, and my mind just won't stop; I drop in to Yoga, Barre, Running or the Gym. Here I offer you support in your Life and/or business Coaching to drop down, and tune out to relieve stress from the outside world.
Here I use my teachings in Yoga; which means to 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite', Barre which is inspired by Ballet, or sometimes the combination of the two to ease the mind.

You have a few options with Yoga and Barre
**Private One-On-One
**Groups up to 10 People (Birthday's, Bridal Showers, or Wedding Day Wake up)
**Corporate yoga events to build a good work environment
